  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno or can of green diec chilis 
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Meat: In a large pot over the campfire, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Vegetables: Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients: Stir in the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  • 90/10 Ground beef patties
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cheddar cheese 
  • Iceburg lettuce (in the bag)
  • Bacon bits
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup/ mustard
  • Chips

Instructions:

  1. Season and grill burgers: First, season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper then grill until desired doneness.
  2. Assemble the burger: Grab your gluten-free bun, add your patty, cheese, lettuce, bacon bits, pickles, and condiments.
