Best Airstream Campgrounds to find other fellow Airstreamers

Summary
If you're looking to expand your Airstream community by meeting fellow Airstreamers at campsites, look no further. Below is a list of campsites popular amongst those who like to live riveted. These are NOT Airstream-exclusive campground, just simply some campsites where you are highly likely to run into other people owning an Airstream.

Whenever I arrive at a campsite, I always have a small thought in the back of my mind wondering if I'll be next to or will see any other campers with an Airstream. When I do meet other travelers in their Airstream, we always have a nice conversation about our respective jounreys and futur travel plans. 

In case you hope for the same thing before arriving at a campsite or if you simply want to meet other people with an Airstream, below is a list of 8 campsites in the PNW where the odds of meeting a fellow camper with an Airstream are high. 

1. Sugar Pine Point State Park in Tahoma, CA

A beautiful sandy beach on the western side of Lake Tahoe will offer you an amazing environment and a good chance at meeting other people with an Airstream. 

2. Muleshoe Campground in Spray, OR

This campsite is a first come, first serve basis with no hook ups, so it is a great off-grid experience if that is what you are looking for. It is open year-round and each site is only $5!

3. Tuttle Creek Campground in Lone Pine, CA

With 83 RV/tent sites at $10 a night with no reservation required and open year-round, this Eastern Sierra Nevada campsite location offers best of both worlds with the desert on the eastern side and beautiful mountain ranges on the western side. 

4. Crystal Cove State Park in Laguna Beach, CA

Crystal Cove offers awesome holidy activites throughout the months that you will definetly enjoy. Pets are allowed at the campsite but not allowed on hiking trails due to predetors. 

5. Plymouth Park Campground, Army Corps Of Engineer's in Plymouth, WA

There are 32 sites with electric hookups and fun activies like fishing, hunting, boating, water skiing, and swimming (in the Summer months). As for fishing, you can find yourself fishing for Chinook, steelhead, walleye, sturgeon, and shad!

6. Belle Campground - Joshua Tree N ational Park in Twentynine Palms, CA

This first-come, first-serve campground is small offering only 18 sites with no hook-ups but the beautiful scenery of Joshua Tree. 

Conclusion

If you are planning on taking a trip through California, Oregon, and/or Washington and you are looking to camp with other Airstream owners, check out a few of these campsites because you may get lucky during your stay and meet someone! If not, these campsites are still wonder areas to check out on your journey.
